Our Story

Inspired by the high youth unemployment rates in Greece and witnessing firsthand the struggles of local teenagers, the co-founders were driven to start Chronos Careers in early 2024. Chronos Careers first began as a small effort with no online presence or advertising to connect families whom the co-founders personally knew to NJ-based peers who wanted to help. In late 2024, D’lila, George, and Nived re-evaluated their strategy as part of their participation in an international business competition known as DECA, and took Chronos Careers from smaller, connection-based opportunities to a full-scale educational experience with multiple integrated online courses, community involvement/partnerships, and seminars not restricted only to students in Greece. They invited Benjamin to join them in the company’s expansionary phase. The co-founders later went on to place second in the state of New Jersey for the founding and improvement of Chronos Careers.
